Karen Crouch

Karen has decades of clinical and leadership experience and holds a Masters in Nursing Science. Karen worked extensively across intensive care units and emergency departments and held roles such as Director of Nursing and Policy and Practice Lead in the Office of the Chief Nurse. These formative years learning the art and science of nursing led her to a twelve-year stint at Anglicare Southern Queensland, with eight of those years in the role of Chief Executive Officer. Karen is passionate about offering safe, affordable, access to health and social care for people to live their best life.
